Wooftag is a scannable pet tag that stores all the important information about your pet, all neatly and compactly in one profile. You can then view the profile by scanning the QR code on the back of the tag or via NFC. Really practical, right?

Super easy. You simply create a profile for your pet in the free Wooftag app, enter all the information and pair it with the Wooftag.

Now every time the Wooftag is scanned via QR or NFC, the profile opens and you receive a notification.

The Wooftag pet profile shows all the information that is important to bring your pet home safely!

The following information is displayed in the pet profiles:

• One or more phone numbers
• One or more addresses
• health information (medications, allergies, sterilization)
• Behavioral information (compatible with dogs, cats, children?)
• Veterinarian information (veterinarian name, veterinarian phone number, etc.)
• Tasso, Findefix & Co.

All original Wooftags have a diameter of 3.2 cm (without ring)

Yes 100%! All original Wooftags are water, break and abrasion resistant.

Besides the branding & logo, our app will not accept any other pet tags except original Wooftags.

Wooftag works without an active GPS connection, so we avoid monthly costs for you.

You will receive the GPS location as soon as someone scans the Wooftag.

Take your time to choose all the Wooftags you would like to have. Then you can click on "Add to cart now" and simply complete the order.

All Wooftags are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Your order will be checked immediately after receipt.

Depending on the volume of orders, the review may take 1-5 working days.

Your order will then be packed and shipped immediately.

The current shipping time from DHL, Deutsche Post, Hermes & Co. is 2-12 working days.

As a rule, your order will be with you within 1-3 working days. However, since we have no influence on errors in the order or delays caused by third parties, we would like to mention for the sake of completeness that it will take between 2 and 12 working days from the time of ordering to delivery.

There may occasionally be delays with the shipping service providers, which we cannot influence. Therefore, our shipping information is only a guideline and not a legal guarantee.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the transport companies and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for delivery.

Please check the delivery address when placing your order; this will also be displayed again in the order and shipping confirmation.

If the goods are returned for any reason, please confirm the full delivery address and a telephone number.

We will be happy to resend the goods as quickly as possible.

Delivery to a packing station is unfortunately not possible. The goods are always returned if such addresses are provided. Therefore, this option is unfortunately not possible.

By law and the purchase contract, you are obliged to accept the goods properly.

The moment you refuse to accept the item, you are breaking the purchase contract and there will be costs for return shipping, which you as the customer must bear.

In addition, it often happens that the goods disappear when they are "refused to accept". In this case, you as the customer also bear the costs.

If you refuse to accept personalised items, returns are also not possible. This means that we will have to send the goods to you again, but you will have to bear the costs.

Please do not refuse to accept it, but contact us to find a solution.

📦 Defect upon delivery:

If, for whatever reason, your Wooftag was delivered damaged, please let our support team know immediately and you will receive a free replacement

Damage must be reported by email within 3 days of delivery.

🔙 Return :

Since each Wooftag is unique with a verified ID, returns are only possible if the package is still sealed and unused. Once the item has been opened, returns are no longer possible.

🏆 Guarantee :

All Wooftags come with an extended warranty on full functionality. If the Wooftag (when used properly) no longer works (QR code / NFC defective), we will replace the Wooftag free of charge.

Simply contact our support.

Severe damage, scratches or visual defects caused by improper use are excluded from the extended warranty
