When will my order arrive?
1. Processing time:
After you have placed your order, we check all information for accuracy to avoid problems during shipping. It often happens that house numbers are missing or street names are misspelled - this can take 1-5 working days.
2. Delivery times of parcel services
Depending on delivery delays due to various circumstances (Covid-19, unrest in Europe, staff shortages, etc.) at the suppliers, we can currently offer the following delivery times.
Germany 2 - 12 working days
Austria 2 - 12 working days
Switzerland 4 - 15 working days
Rest of EU 4 - 15 working days

SHIPPING INFORMATION
The shipping time described begins at the earliest on the day your order leaves our warehouse.
Please understand that we cannot make any changes or cancellations after the order has been placed. All processes are largely automatic and therefore cannot be changed. As soon as the order has arrived, you have the option of contacting us by email at support[at] wooftag .de so that we can find a solution.
DELIVERY DELAYED OR LOST
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. Wooftag cannot accept responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect address or for packages that have been left with a neighbor or outbuilding upon request.
If there are any issues with lost packages/items, you must report this to us in writing by email to support[at] wooftag .de . We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 business days after the shipping date (25 business days for international items) - at this point the shipping service classifies the items as lost.
