WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After we have shipped the order, you will receive a notification by email. For all orders shipped by parcel, you will receive a tracking number. Lighter shipments are sent without a tracking number for logistical reasons.
Please note that we cannot influence the shipping times of the shipping companies (DHL, Deutsche Post, Hermes & Co.) nor have any control over them.
We cannot provide you with any information other than that provided by the tracking number.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?
The package may take 1 to 3 days to update the location. Please be patient as this is beyond our control.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Depending on the volume of orders, it takes 1-5 working days from the time the order is placed until it leaves the warehouse. Shipping, depending on the volume of packages, takes between 2-12 working days.
